Description
Your onsite team includes:
– 1 Event Planners
– Additional support staff can be added as needed and approved (cost will be submitted via invoice
following the event)
Your event team will
– Manage vendor load-in, set-up, and tear down
– On-site management and supervision of venue staff and vendors to ensure that we stay on track with our run of show to the best of our ability
– Place all signage in pre-designated areas
– Ensure we have details covered for VIPs
– Liaise between the AV team and speakers
– Set up stage for speakers and presentations
– Work with the venue Banquets team to ensure a seamless F&B service
– Management and distribution of and final payments and gratuities to vendors
